The 2018 Wisconsin ACS Local Section election is now open: all Local Section members should have received an email ballot on Wednesday, November 1. There are five positions available for voting (Chair/Chair Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Councilor and Alternate Councilor).

National Chemistry Week is October 22–28 this year. The Wisconsin Section of the American Chemical Society invites teachers in Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Lafayette, Marquette, Sauk counties to participate!

The Wisconsin Local Section Outreach Small Grant Program is open to all members of the Wisconsin Local Section of the ACS. The March for Science, and the Local Section’s participation in it, was a success. Thanks for your support--it was good to have such a good turnout to represent our group.
